Vixen's recovery (P)

Guts brought vixen to an apartment building where he rented a room right away for a month he rushed her in and shut the door he held her close to him as tears threatened to come out of his one eye "vixen im here for you please tell me your ok" he kisses the top of her head gently praying for her to answer him

Guts holds Vien gently he was beyond surprised what fate it must have been that he was dying and was saved by Vixen's father who did not know Vixen was his and he had aved the father of his grand child Garoc sat here quietly holding Aiden he didnt know what to say he was thrilled and shocked and confused

I can't help chuckle then that becomes a laugh as I look at Guts "I have family" I say smiling "I have a son a husbun and a father" I say I reach up and kiss him with all my heart , then I move to Garoc my hand resting on his as I look at him as I neel infront of him ad take a deep breath "father" I say a smile on my face.

Guts kisses her back gently knowing she is happy makes him happy Garoc feels her hand on his and his eyes tear up at the word father the tears run down his face freely as he hugs her to him gently "my daughter" he said quietly

I smile as he holds me I know now this was what my mother wanted me to find but instead I found Guts and love and now a father I hold him close now feeling complete. I pull back and wip the tars from his cheek then speack softly to Adain "adain this is your grand father"

I smile "something tels me he's happy to know you"I say turning to face him "as I am " I motion for gut to come over as I stand to once more hold him "seems as if fate brought you and I together for a reason my love" I say to him

Guts walks over to them his family he smiles happily at all of them "i was thinking that as well Vixen" Garoc nods slowly "it is truly a miracle"

I look up at Guts worried "what will the villigers think of Garoc when or if they learn that I am his daughter" i say now worried that they would hurt him too.

I sigh and smile "then its ok "I say "I have a reason to stay close to the village " I say taking Aiden's small hand in my own "and you will see your grand children grow up" I say smiling to Guts

Guts smiles and nods at her words "that true you can come out at anytime nd we will come visit often" Garoc smiles and take's Aiden's and Vixen's hands in his own "i woud love that"

I smile "you would be welcome anytime, father"I say it still feels strange but yet right I had felt comftable around him since we met but never knew why now knowing it makes me feel even safer.

I look at Guts "I hate to leave but we should be gathering clothes for Aiden " I say "he dosen't have many except for what you see him wareing "I say moving to take him back "will you call tomorow, father" I still smile at that word

I move to Garoc leaning over I gently kis his cheek then hold him with my free hand making it a lingering hug as it should be from a daughter to a father.

Guts takes hold of Aiden gently waiting for Vixen Garoc smiles and holds vixen gently before letting go "be carefu out there my daughter" he looks to Guts "and my son"

I smile to him "we will father " I say now feeling ready for anything that the villagers could give me. I smile up at guts this day could not have become happier for me "are we ready my love" I gently cover Aidenin the furs once more mor for my peace of mind that for his wormth I turn to face Garoc "please father call tomorrow we can talk more " I move and give him one last gentle kiss on his cheek befoer moving for the door.

I hold Aidentight and I can not help but grin to Guts "who would have thougth "I say softly noticing Aiden had drifted off to sleep "he'll be hungry when he wakes we'd better get his clothes quickly" I move to guts kissing him once more

Guts nods slowly not really believing what happened but he knows it to be true in his heart "yes it truly as a surprising day" he laughs lightly walking to the store with Vixen holding her by the waist gently with one arm

I move with him to the store gently opening the doof and stepping ininstinktively I move to the rack with the childrens clothes handing Aiden to Guts as I look finding several baby grows and a small jacket for him, reaching into my pouch i take out some coins and move to the counter a stocky man stands behind it he scowles at me as I place the coins down but as I was about to take my hand away he grabbs it " I would ad vise you not to linger , folks arn't keen on the likes of him here" he said I look at he and pull my hand free "thats my husban you talking about , and I wouldn't want to spend another second here" I feel my self shake at his touch more than his words, i take the clothes and tuck them into a pouch and moved back to Guts "come on let get back"

Before Vixen could even talk to Guts he grabbed the man by the face his hand going over it he picked the man up and threw him into a rack of clothes before throwing his cloak around himself and Vixen gently "now lets go" he said in a cold tone as people looked at them afraid

I hold Aidenclose my eyes filled with hate as I watch Guts then he thorws his cloak around us "yes my love , we wouldn't want to suly their village" I say looking at the women around us.

Guts puts his arm back around Vixen's waist and walks ou ofthe store slowly as one of the men approached to ty and ge in his way Guts stared him down making him back away
