I tense but the there it was hi warmth breathing hard I lay back down slowly I turn to look at him "are you here , am I not dreaming ,please say I am not " I move my hand to his face then smile as I feel him a tear leaves my eyes as I move to rest my cheek against him "I dream they take our child , cutting if from me "I tense "they cut me" I say looking down thinking bacause my skin is nolonfer unscared he will reject me.

Guts almost cries for the pain his love is feeling he kisses her lips softly and passionately "i am here i will always be here my love" he kisses her again softly "our child is still here vixen with us" he rubs her stomach gently as he holds her close to him "you will be fine i promise"

suddenly as if food gate had open I let all my emotions go holding him close shaking as I do for the first time since the lake I can not control my emotions and it hit me like a tidle wave the realisation I am safe once more.

Guts grabs one of her hands gently while turning her around he places her hand on his chest across a huge slash marked scar "look at me vixen and only me it does not matter what they did you are safe our child is safe and i am with you now and i shall always be with you" his free arm stays around her waist gently holding her close

I lok up to him and into his eye my hand he now hold pressed against one of his scars my figers race it it is then I speack once more "they scared me inside" I turn my head awy "they tried to kill our child but could not, "now fear takes hold once more "they cut me, inside!!" I almost shout at him my eyes filled with the fear that sounds in my voice "do you still love a woman scared inside?".
